Like the Mediterranean, our food is inspired by two things: climate and locally available food

Every dish we produce is made in-house with ingredients from the Comox Valley, the Island or other regions of BC.

We are fortunate to live in one of Canada’s most hospitable food-growing climates. As a result, food production in our local region supplies us with a vast range of fresh ingredients to choose from. Vancouver Island and the Comox Valley in particular, are localvore-friendly.

You will find pastured meat, grown right here in the Comox Valley and fresh seafood acquired from the Salish Sea to an array of seasonal vegetables. Unbelievably, it’s all found right here on our doorstep. Our local farmers and food producers supply us with a cornucopia of items that inspire our Chefs to produce outstanding dishes daily.
